Highlights of Day 14 - IBD Vaccination and Body Weight Measurement

1. IBD Vaccination Administered through Eye Drops. This Vaccination is used for Infectious Bursal Disease (IBD) or called Gumboro disease. Video will provide information of how to administer Gumboro Vaccine Properly.
2. Body Weight target for 2 Week old Chicks is 130 Grams. But only 112 Grams average Body weight is Achieved. So for Proper Growth of Layer Chicks do not decrease the day length now. Wait till proper body weight is achieved.
3. Cleaning of more cages to provide Extra Space to Chicks as Chicks are increasing in Weight and Height.
4. Check all the nipples of New Cages for any Jamming problem.
5. Temperature maintained at 30 Celsius.
6. Feed used - Layer Chick Crumbs.
7. Current Day Length is 21 hrs.
8. Vitamino Acido liquid is used 50 ml per 1000 chicks.
9. Required dose of Probiotic is 25 gms per 1000 birds.
10. Chick Drinkers have been removed.
11. Day 13 Mortality is 2 Birds.
